- Consent: We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in by providing their mobile number through one of our forms, by checking an opt-in box, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

- Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
